[11] Number of days there was a call on the South Platte River. Conservatively projected to have a call for the entire SWSP period.
[12] Out -of- priority depletion equals the fraction of the total net depletion that occurred when there was a call on the South Platte River, equal to [10] * ([11] / # of days in month).
[13] RMCC's Fulton share deliveries at RMCC's Erger Lateral or Brighton's Midland or 124th Ave augmentation stations, as reported by RMCC or Brighton.
[ 14] Fulton Ditch historical consumptive use (HCU) replacement credit from RMCC's 70 shares, equal to the lesser of 1.76 ac-ft/share/year average historical consumptive use distributed
monthly (based upon the SACWSD change case engineering report for Case No 2001CW258), and the total Fulton Ditch Deliveries, [16], multiplied by the consumptive use factors
presented in RMCC's SWSP renewal request (Apr=0.281, May = 0.687, Jun = 0.758, Ju1= 0.786, Aug = 0.764, Sep = 0.688, Oct= 0.465, based upon the engineering report for Case No
2001CW258).
[15] Total replacement requirement is the total of the out -of- priority depletion and the Fulton Ditch return flow obligation, equal to [12] - [14] if [14] is negative, otherwise equal to [12].
[16] Fulton HCU credits delivered directly to the river.
[17] Required release of stored Fulton Ditch credits (or water pumped to storage during free river) to South Platte River in order to replace the given month's depletions, equal to [15] - [ 16] if
there is water in storage, Col [21].
[18] Stored Fulton Ditch credits (or water sent to storage during free river) released to South Platte River in order to replace depletions. Projections calculated as the minimum of the release
requirement (equal to previous [22] + [17]) and RMCC's previous EOM storage given in Col [21].
[19] Surplus Fulton credits available for diversion to storage based on Fulton Ditch credits, [14], in excess of the out -of- priority depletions, [12].
[20] Brighton lease replacement equals [15] - [16] - [18], limited to 250 ac -ft per year.
[21] RMCC's storage in Brighton's Kenneth Mitchell Lake 1 or Erger's Pond. Equal to previous month's storage minus estimated evaporation and aug releases plus surplus Fulton credits delivered
to storage.
[22] Remaining operations replacement requirement equals previous [22] + [15] - [16] - [18] - [20], if positive, otherwise equal to zero.
