Today's hearing is just whether or not the <br />4 division- proposed decision regarding PR 6 was <br />5 appropriate -- whether it was appropriately <br />6 approved. So I want to just have the board keep <br />7 that in mind to recognize that a lot of what is <br />8 being discussed is not relevant for this <br />9 determination. <br />10 The other thing I'd like to address <br />11 was this 2008 designation or determination of prime <br />12 farmlands. Again, that determination is not subject <br />13 or was not covered in PR 6. That determination <br />14 predates PR 6. <br />15 PR 6 is -- parts of it are in <br />16 response to that determination, but leading into <br />17 this, there was a lot of discussion about that <br />18 determination itself. The division's position is <br />19 that it's not relevant to PR 6. It's already been <br />20 done. That is in the past. So with that, I'll turn <br />21 it back over to Marcia. <br />22 MS.
