Just going to make a couple quick <br />statements, and Marcia's going to return to do a <br />technical presentation. <br />Just a couple points I wanted to <br />make, just kind of redirect the board back to the <br />actual issue at hand here today. <br />A lot of the discussion leading up to <br />our presentation has covered the history of Western <br />Fuel's permit, and there has been a lot of <br />discussion specific to PR 6, but kind of sprinkled <br />in there was a lot of discussion about what took <br />place and was approved in Permit Renewal 5, also <br />took placed and reviewed -- approved in Technical <br />
