The coal rules for addressing prime <br />farmlands are very specific. These are high quality <br />agriculture lands that are important to the <br />agriculture interests of the nation. <br />And in 2008 a positive determination <br />for prime farmland soil was made for the Morgan <br />property. Immediately when that determination was <br />made, the soil - handling practices on the ground were <br />changed, and those changes were formally <br />incorporated into the permit with Technical Revision <br />Number 57. And all that transpired prior to PR 67. <br />So I just want to iterate that the <br />designation of prime farmland soils was established <br />in 2008, and that is not the subject of PR 6. <br />Now, are there any questions? <br />MR.
