25 <br />1 division did publish its proposed decision to <br />2 approve PR 6. <br />3 PR 6 establishes -- accomplishes a <br />4 number of things. The thing that triggered the <br />5 division's requirements for PR 6 more than anything <br />6 else was the mine is projected -- anticipated to <br />7 complete its operations at this site in 2012. <br />8 So they're coming down to the end of <br />9 their process. There were just a lot of details in <br />10 postmining land use, postmining topography that <br />11 needed to be finalized. <br />12 Also an initially important issue <br />13 was, there were prime farmlands within the permit <br />14 boundaries, and we wanted to make sure that we <br />15 required them to upgrade the permit to include <br />16 better detail -- final details about how they were <br />17 going to revegetate those prime farmlands. <br />18 So as a result, all of the prime <br />19 farmland information in the permit we believe is <br />20 complete. It's been consolidated. It's easy to <br />21 find your way around the permit. There were also <br />22 internal consistencies that were corrected within <br />23 the permit. <br />24 You will wind up hearing a lot about <br />25 the prime farmland issue here today during the <br />
