I'm <br />not an expert on all these rules, having been called <br />in here to be the prehearing conference officer. <br />I recall that what we were talking <br />about was when JoEllen was talking about we have <br />more objectors, my understanding is that I was set <br />up by the board for this particular objection, this <br />particular package. And whether or not another <br />person making another objection has the right to a <br />completely new different hearing on the same thing, <br />I did not know about that. <br />That being said, we did talk about <br />who would be allowed to speak, and so I went through <br />in detail and what a party to this process would <br />have to do, both the -- what their responsibilities <br />are and what their obligations would be. <br />And there were a lot of other people <br />on the phone listening to this, and we only had <br />three people -- you know, three parties that stepped <br />forward. So anybody who was listening in or anybody <br />who wanted to be party to this particular hearing <br />had that opportunity on that conference call. <br />
