Introduction
On 08/09/20121 inspected Lynx - Royal's EG -PR1 notice level drilling project. Only one of several planned
holes was drilled. The hole was drilled the previous year.
Description
Access to the site was mostly by existing roads that cross several gates on private land. It would be very
hard for the general public to come across this site. Only a single hole was drilled out of three proposed
drill holes. The access road to the drill site looked good. The drill site itself had vegetation that was a little
sparse, but which was definitely coming in well for only a year. A couple of mullen plants were observed
and hand pulled. The backscattered brush on the site looked very good.
Because the access to the site requires crossing several locked gates, I think it is unlikely that this site will
become re- disturbed by campers and other BLM land users. Because of this, combined with the
establishment of vegetation, I am recommending that the bond be released for this drill site, and that the
notice be closed in LR -2000. The amount of outstanding liability from the presently existing disturbance at
the area is likely less than the cost -to- government of continuing additional inspections at the site, in addition
to the wear and tear on the slightly traveled access road.
D
SEp 0 6 2012
MnaaNGO FIELD e TC1E0N,
Action Items
Recommend bond release to DRMS
1 of 4
James Blair
Geologist
Tres Rios Field Office
Solid Minerals Inspection Report
Bureau of Land Management
Tres Rios Field Office
29211 Hwy 184
Dolores, CO 81323
Type of Operation
3809 Notice Level Drilling
Project Name
EG -PR1
Serial Number
COC -74602
Compan /Org.
Lynx - Royal
Inspection Date
August 09, 2012
Others Present
Ryan Weidert - - Lynx -Royal
Inspection Time
8:00 AM
Inspected By
James Blair
Report Date
August 28, 2012
Legal
T.41 N., R.18W., Sec 14
Introduction
On 08/09/20121 inspected Lynx - Royal's EG -PR1 notice level drilling project.
