Construction Materials Regular (112) Operation Reclamation Permit <br />Application and Design and Operations (D &O) Plan Informational <br />Cross - Reference <br />(Western Gravel, LLC) <br />The following cross - reference is intended as an aide in order to locate required information <br />contained in various documents. Information included behind exhibit title sheets is taken from <br />references given below. In the event that additional details are required, see the given reference. <br />It should be noted that the facility Design and Operations (D &O) Plan referenced below has been <br />developed in accordance with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPEH) <br />solid waste sites and facilities regulations and subsequently approved by CDPHE. In addition, <br />the D &O Plan was revised based upon specific Rio Blanco County conditions and subsequently <br />approved by the Rio Blanco Board of County Commissioners and CDPHE.
