Please <br />specify the dimensions of the safety berms (length, height, width). <br />7. The applicant is proposing to import topsoil to reclaim the mine dump. Please indicate the <br />volume of topsoil that will be imported to the site. Also, please clarify if topsoil application <br />will be limited to the mine dump area. <br />8. The applicant has stated trees will be planted as required. Please clarify if trees will need to <br />be removed during prospecting operations. If so, please revise the seed mix to include the <br />species of trees to be planted and the seeding rate. <br />9. Please specify the seeding application method to be used during reclamation. <br />10. The applicant has stated the only structures to remain following the completion of <br />reclamation are the private residence, cabin and shop. Please indicate if the historic mine <br />shaft building will remain on site. <br />11. The applicant has indicated there will be explosives present on site. Please commit to <br />obtaining the appropriate permits from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and <br />from the Colorado Division of Oil and Public Safety.
