DRMS at that time.
CI tlon d11 U❑
5 (FORM 2 - Public filing)
G. Total project area to be disturbed 3 (acres)
K. Describe the equipment to be used for the prospecting operations:
As approved in the previous NOI (P- 2011 -010) and modification (MD -01), the following
underground diesel - powered and rubber -tired will be used: one 3 -6 yard loader, one 1 -3
. • _ • :
three UTV personnel carriers (4 -6 penple /vehicle), one forklift, and two underground
electric core drills (one U6 Atlas Copco or equivalent and one U8 Atlas Copco or
equivalent).
L. Describe and locate any structures to be constructed (i.e. stockpiles, ponds, impoundments):
In addition to the infrastructure approved and erected under the current NOI (P- 2011 -010) and modification
south of the Equity portal. These rock piles will constitute approximately 0.89 acres of surface disturbance
of the total 3.8 acres of disturbance (two acres of which have previously been approved in NOI P- 2011 -010
_ aer n •rte_ _ •
p ues
9
M. Describe anticipated relationship to surface water and groundwater (proximity to streams, penetration of ground
water aquifers):
The two proposed rock piles will be placed in the flat -lying area surrounding the Equity portal, approximately 25
surface water in Willow Creek, however, RGS has completed SPLP (Synthetic Precipitation Leaching
Procedure) and ABA (Acid Base Accounting) tests on representative samples of the rock types to be stored in
IV. OPERATION AND RECLAMATION MEASURES:
1. The Board suggests that a photographic record of the pre - prospecting and post - prospecting conditions be kept by the
prospector. These photos should be taken from the same location and by the same method to clearly show the pre - prospecting
condition of the land and the reclamation efforts. Upon completion of reclamation and request for bond or surety release, the
Board may consider the photos as evidence of adequate reclamation, and thus, be able to act more quickly on the request for
release.
2. Provide a description of the native vegetation of the area to be disturbed, including tree, shrub, and grass communities of the
area. Color photographs, sufficient to adequately represent the ecology of the site and adequately labeled (including date,
orientation and location), may be used in lieu of a written description. Based on the quality of the photographs, the Division
may require additional detail.
There is no vegetation in the project area. The area is covered by natural and previously
disturbed talus and rock (see previous NOI P- 2011 -010 and modification MD -01 for
detalls).
