Reports and Documents Filed with Governmental Agencies:
The Recycling and Reuse of Materials and Land Inert Fill Notification dated June 21,
2010, was approved CDPHE in the letter dated March 10, 2011. Forms for the recycling
operations will need to be completed and submitted by May 1, 2012.
Compliance with Governmental Permits, Licenses, and Approvals:
CDPHE's March 10, 2011 letter confirming the Broda facility as a recycling operation
was a milestone after the work done on the April 20, 2010 compliance advisory. Since
that time there have been no additional letters or discussions with CDPHE. Broda is
doing groundwater monitoring and operating in compliance with approved Recycling
Plan Notification.
Other Information:
The segregation of asphalt has been ongoing and will continue. When a sufficient
amount of asphalt is segregated it will be milled and can be used on site to control dust
and provide better surfaces for truck traffic.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact me at 303 - 808 -2500.
Yours truly,
Patrick Broda
Broda's Inert Fill
