Silt <br />fence was placed at the toe of the Mill Site footprint and the toe of the Topsoil stockpile. <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />SUMMARY: <br />The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction <br />activities of the contractor. <br />AMEC observed subgrade preparation within the Mill Site Earthworks project prior to overburden fill <br />placement. Subgrade temperatures were monitored prior to fill placement. <br />AMEC observed excavation and placement of overburden fill within the Mill Site Earthworks project. <br />Ambient, existing, and placed fill temperatures were monitored throughout the week. <br />AMEC observed slope contouring of placed overburden fill for the Mill Site Earthworks project. <br />AMEC observed remediation of UG #4007. <br />AMEC observed remediation of UG #4073. <br />MEW Weekly Report WE 07.14.2012 <br />
