CQA ACTIVITIES: SUMMARY: The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction activities of the contractor. AMEC observed subgrade preparation within the Mill Site Earthworks project prior to overburden fill placement. Subgrade temperatures were monitored prior to fill placement. AMEC observed excavation and placement of overburden fill within the Mill Site Earthworks project. Ambient, existing, and placed fill temperatures were monitored throughout the week. AMEC observed slope contouring of placed overburden fill for the Mill Site Earthworks project. AMEC observed remediation of UG #4007. AMEC observed remediation of UG #4073.
