A) Best Management Practices (BMP)
Best Management Practices are being observed throughout the Mill Site Earthworks project.
CQA ACTIVITIES:
SUMMARY:
The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction
activities of the contractor.
AMEC observed clear and grub activities performed by Seedmasters within the Mill Site Earthworks
project.
AMEC observed subgrade preparation within the Mill Site Earthworks project prior to overburden fill
placement. Subgrade temperatures were monitored prior to fill placement.
AMEC observed excavation and placement of overburden fill within the Mill Site Earthworks project.
Ambient, existing, and placed fill temperatures were monitored throughout the week.
AMEC observed slope contouring of placed overburden fill for the Mill Site Earthworks project.
AMEC observed remediation of UG #4007.
AMEC observed remediation of UG #4008 (Morning Glory).
AMEC observed remediation of UG#4024.
AMEC observed remediation of UG#4025.
AMEC observed remediation of UG#4044.
AMEC observed remediation of UG#4071.
AMEC observed confirmatory drilling at UG #4073.

Testing Summary
Laboratory testing continued (Particle Size Distribution, Atterberg Limits, Moisture - Density Relations,
Specific Gravity, Permeability, and Point Load testing) for sampled materials.
