G (1.8 acres) and the disturbance area indicated in the cover <br />letter of the Plan of Operation (400 feet X 50 feet, or 0.5 acre). Will there be 1.3 acres of <br />disturbance outside the trench? <br />10. OPERATION AND RECLAMATION MEASURES, Item 12. Please provide documentation <br />from the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) that the revegetation plan is acceptable, given that the plan <br />includes removing trees. An email or memo from the USFS would be sufficient. <br />11. FINANCIAL WARRANTY. The Division will determine the required amount of financial <br />warranty (reclamation bond) after receiving adequate responses to this letter. <br />You may not commence new prospecting operations proposed in MD -02 until DRMS notifies you that <br />the bond has been accepted. <br />In accordance with Hard Rock Rule 5.1.3(c), if the above - referenced deficiencies are not addressed <br />within 60 days after you receive this letter, then the Division may terminate the MD -02 file. <br />
