Please provide a copy by regular mail of the "Plan of Operations for Mining Activities on National <br />Forest System Lands ". The copy provided by fax is partly illegible. <br />2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION, Item 6.C. Please commit to stopping excavation activities and <br />notifying DRMS for consultation if water is encountered in the excavated trench. <br />3. PROJECT DESCRIPTION, Item 9. Please submit a new page 3 of the NOI form that shows a <br />numerical value in item 9, rather than "TBD ". The Plan of Operations indicates 5,000 to 22,000 <br />cubic yards would be an appropriate entry for this item. <br />4. PROJECT DESCRIPTION, Item 11. What is the maximum volume of trench area that will <br />remain open at any one time?
