Acid forming <br />materials, toxic materials or materials constituting fire hazard will be treated or buried and <br />compacted or disposed of in a manner approved by DRMS. <br />Section 2.05.4(2)(h) Air Emission and Water Discharge Permits <br />WFC will secure air emission and water discharge permits from Colorado Department of Public <br />Health as required under Clean Air Act and Clean water Act. This issue is discussed in Section <br />2.05.6 Mitigation of Impacts of Mining Operations. A copy of the air emission permit will be <br />included as Attachment 2.05.6(1) Air Pollution Control Plan.
