Mr. Larry Perino 2 5/22/96 <br /> Sunnyside Mine, TR-19 M-77-378 <br /> bench which will also provide equipment access to the diversion headgate. <br /> Overflow pipe will be located near the inlet to the treatment facility and will direct <br /> excess diverted waters back to Cement Creek. Overflow pipe will be a buried <br /> polyethylene pipe, outfall location will be armored with appropriate riprap lining. <br /> The 400' long disturbance, created by the diversion, will be reclaimed when no <br /> longer needed according to the terms of the voluntary Consent Decree. <br /> Reclamation activities will include removal of the diversion headgate and pipes, fill <br /> material will be pulled back up the cut slope to approximate original contour and <br /> reseeded with the seed mix previously approved in the permit. Total affected area <br /> for the diversion is approximately 0.5 acres. <br /> Please provide a description of the diversion headgate. Please state whether topsoil is <br /> available for salvage.
