This site is <br />located south of the town of Craig, Colorado is Moffat County. I, Jared Ebert of the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety conducted the inspection. Justin Fedinec, Heather Nicholson and Graham <br />Roberts accompanied me on the inspection. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION — Rule 4.17: <br />During the inspection the roadways were watered and excessive dust was not an issue. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />A records check was conducted, please see the last page of this report for a detailed findings. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination <br />4.14.1(2)(f); Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and <br />Gullies 4.14.6: <br />Trapper is continuing to backfill spoil into F -Pit, they are nearing the top southern end of the pit and they are re- <br />establishing the drainage. Rock has been staged along the proposed drain way. The Division assumes these rocks <br />will be used as check dams. <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE — Rule 4.09 <br />Placement; Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization: <br />Trapper has recently placed spoil cover on top of the backfilled ash near the southern tip of the Ash Pit. They <br />have excavated many test holes in the backfilled area to check the spoil placement depth.
