Notice of Compliance <br /> Sunshine No. 16 Stipulations <br /> File No. M-77-378 <br /> Sunnyside Mine, Mayflower Mill <br /> 1. The final analysis of mine water treatment sludge from the American <br /> Tunnel and Terry Tunnel is enclosed with this report. <br /> 2. The results of the permeability and textural classification test <br /> of tailings slimes, together with a sampling location map of tailings <br /> pond No. 3 are enclosed with this report. J <br /> 3. The flood control berm was completed on October 25, 1985. ✓ <br /> 4. The two (2) down gradient groundwater monitoring wells (EOMW) have <br /> been constructed below the engineering office sludge disposal site <br /> as of November 7, 1985. Photographs of the wells, together with a <br /> location map, are enclosed with this report. <br /> 5. The inspection reports by a certified professional engineer on the <br /> construction of the flood control berm, groundwater monitoring wells <br /> and tailings pond No. 3 sludge disposal preparation are enclosed <br /> with this report. <br /> 6.
