Ross Gubka, <br />Mine Engineer for WFC was present during the Records Check portion of <br />the inspection. Skies were lightly overcast, and temperatures were warm. <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> <br />The records were available for inspection at the New Horizon Mine facilities, which are <br />located 3.3 miles by car (2.2 miles net distance) SE from the New Horizon North Mine <br />permit area.
