In the revegetation section, it states that "Area 30 had significantly less cheatgrass than Area 31 which was <br />treated with a pre- emergent herbicide last fall." The sentence should read, "Area 30 was treated with a pre - <br />emergent herbicide last fall and had significantly less cheatgrass than Area 31." <br />2. In the availability of records section it is noted that DRMS inspection reports through March 2012 were <br />available for review. Actually, the DRMS inspection reports through June 2012 were available. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The roads and parking areas on the mine site were well maintained and passable. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule'): <br />Topsand was spread on the southwest corner of area 25. Course compost was being spread on the topsand <br />during this inspection (photo 4). It was explained that this course compost does not blow away as much in windy <br />conditions.
