The section <br />shown on Map -11 Sheet -1 has been revised to show the revised width from 24-30'. <br />Division: Response is sufficient. <br />4. The final two paragraphs on Page 2.05 -10 discussing the SAE south of Pond 7 and the cut slopes <br />above the upper divisions ditch at the Bates Portal have been removed. Please provide an explanation <br />on xvhv these discussions were removed from Page 2.05 -10 or submit a revised page including these <br />paragraphs. <br />NECC: Please see revised page 2.05 -10 including the final two paragraphs. <br />Division: Response is sufficient. <br />5. There appears to be an an error on Map 13 — East Portal Sediment and Surface Water <br />Control Plan. There is an additional culvert "C -A" near the bottom of the haul road to the <br />RDA. Please submit a revised Map 13 correcting this error. <br />NECC: Please see revised Map -13. <br />Division: Response is sufficient. <br />6. In the SEDCAD model, flow into Culvert 81 should be for the 100 -year runoff rather <br />than the 10 -year runoff Please submit an updated SEDCAD model including a 100 -year <br />runoff to ensure Culvert 81 can sufficiently handle a 100 -year precipitation event. <br />NECC: Please see revised design for Culver 81 on page EXH. 19(24) -26. In addition, <br />pages EXH. 19(24) 22 -25 were revised due to changes in page numbers. Please see <br />revised Table 21 showing correct information for Culvert 81. <br />Division: In the SEDCAD model, flow into Culvert 81 should be for the 100 -year runoff <br />rather than the 10 -year runoff, and Table 21 should reflect this with a reference to note <br />47. Please update the SEDCAD model and Table 21. <br />The Division has performed a cost estimate for the D"A 42 Expansion and the removal of the <br />employee parking lot culverts. The total value of this estimate is $7,143.42 (see attached cost <br />estimate) compared to NECC's cost estimate of $7,559.68. The Division's cost estimate is consistent <br />with previous cost estimates approved by both the Division and NECC. If NECC wishes to use the <br />cost estimate calculated by the Division, please submit a revised estimate that matches the <br />estimate calculated by the Division. <br />NECC: Please see revised Exhibit 28, pages 258 and 259 <br />Division: Response is sufficient. <br />8. Please submit a revised page 2.05 -11 through 2.05 -11a, Table 20 -Ditch Data and 2.05 -14 through <br />2.05 -14a, Table 21- Culvert Sizing to incorporate changes from TR -65. <br />
