GCC Energy, LLC's (GCCE's) adequacy response package was received on August 6, <br />2012. The response package included a cover letter and several revised pages of the permit. <br />A copy of the proof of publication from the Durango Herald, was submitted electronically to the <br />Division on July 26, 2012. <br />Adequacy Review Comments <br />The Division's original adequacy questions are repeated below, supplemented by comments <br />regarding GCCE's responses. <br />Section 2.03.4 Identification of Interests <br />In King 1, this section was most recently updated with SO -3 in April 2008 and TR -15 in <br />March 2010. The same section in the King 11 volume was updated in January 2012 under <br />MR -35. Please update the King I Identification of Interests to reflect current information. <br />Page 1 of Section 2.03.4 (King I) was revised and submitted, but Pages 2 and 3 were not <br />included. Please revise Pages 2 and 3 of King I Section 2.03.4 to reflect the same <br />information as that found in the King II permit. <br />Section 2.03.5 Compliance Information <br />1. Notice of Violation No. CV- 2012 -003 was issued to GCCE on April 11, 2012.
