Location and placement minimize potential impacts to life or property. <br />Potential Harm to Land, Air, and Water Resources: <br />None observed. Location of the waste bank minimizes potential impacts to land and water resources, <br />but failure could impact State Highway 12 and the Purgatoire River. <br />Maintenance Required: <br />None, facility is in good mid - winter condition. <br />Supporting Documentation: (Compaction tests, surveys, photographs, field measurements). <br />Compaction test was done by CTL- Thompson in December 2011. All sites tested demonstrated that <br />compaction exceeded permit requirements.
