Zach Tru'illo - 2 Jul 25 2012 <br />for the anticipate traffic or if additional construction of the Haul Road will be needed to <br />attain appropriate width as per Rule 4.03.1(3)(c). <br />NECC: Please see revised page 2.05 -7a. The haul road width will vary from 24 -30'. <br />The section shown on Map -11 Sheet -1 has been revised to show the revised width <br />from 24 -30'. <br />4. DRMS: The final two paragraphs on Page 2.05 -10 discussing the SAE south of <br />Pond 7 and the cut slopes above the upper diversion ditch at the Bates Portal has been <br />removed. Please provide an explanation on why these discussions were removed from <br />Page 2.05 -10 or submit a revised page including these paragraphs. <br />NECC: Please see revised page 2.05 -10 including the final two paragraphs. <br />5. DRMS: There appears to be an error on Map -13 - East Portal Sediment and <br />Surface Water Control Plan. There is an additional culvert "C -A" near the bottom of the <br />haul road to the RDA. Please submit a revised Map 13 correcting this error. <br />NECC: Please see revised Map -13. <br />6. DRMS: In the SEDCAD model, flow into Culvert 81 should be for the 100 -year <br />runoff rather than the 10 -year runoff. Please submit an updated SEDCAD model <br />including a 100 -year runoff to ensure Culvert 81 can sufficiently hand a 100 -year <br />precipitation event. <br />NECC: Please see revised design for Culvert 81 on page EXH. 19(24) -26. In addition, <br />pages EXH. 19(24) 22 -25 were revised due to changes in the page numbers. Please <br />see revised Table 21 showing correct information for Culvert 81. <br />7. DRMS: The Division has performed a cost estimate for the activities associated <br />with TR -66. The total value of this estimate is $7,143.42 (see attached cost estimate) <br />compared to NECC's cost estimate of $7,559.68. The Division's cost estimate is <br />consistent with previous cost estimates approved by both the Division and NECC.
