<br />surface and 3,253 acres of Federal surface. Private minerals within the permit area encompassed
<br />1,957 acres with Federal minerals accounting for the balance of 3,908 acres.
<br />After this revision the Bowie No. 2 Mine permit will contain 8,301 acres of land, 4,637 acres of private
<br />surface and 3,664 acres of Federal surface. Private minerals will encompass 1,957 acres with Federal
<br />minerals accounting for the balance of 6,344 acres.
