The purpose of the March 2012 DMR report was to report only the Quarterly “Total Dissolved Solids” <br />consisting of averaging, in this case, the January and February samples. The quirk in the DMR’s is that the quarterly <br />reporting required in the third month of the quarter is independent of whether there was a discharge occurring in that <br />third month. <br /> <br />Please contact me if you have further questions. <br /> <br /> <br />James A.
