The issues raised by <br />CDPHE are similar to those that we discussed earlier in the following emails. My response to CDPHE will be similar in <br />that the March 2012 DMR reported the quarterly averaging of the TDS occurring in Jan 2012 and Feb 2012. It was unclear in <br />the initial report that the quarterly average for outfall 016-A was being reported. The <br />monitoring period on the report is 3/01/2012 to 3/31/2012 and the ‘no discharge’ box was <br />not marked. This gave the impression that discharge for the month of March 2012 was <br />being reported. <br /> <br />If this situation should arise again, please make it clear in the report that the quarterly <br />average is being reported. <br /> <br />1 <br />
