Pineda <br />Director <br />Lakewood, CO 80215 <br />Re: Yoast Mine (Permit No. C- 1994 -082) <br />Bond Release Application No. 4 (SL -4) <br />Dear Sir or Madam: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety will be conducting a bond release inspection of <br />the Yoast Mine on August 8, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the inspection will be to <br />evaluate reclamation at the site. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that you be notified prior to the <br />inspection, so that you may attend the inspection. If you wish to attend the inspection, please <br />contact me for specific details. <br />Seneca Coal Company, LLC has requested Phase I bond release for backfilling and grading <br />activities on portions of the Yoast Mine disturbed area.
