EXHIBIT D - AMENDED <br />ATTACHED TO CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS LIMITED IMPACT (110) OPERATION <br />RECLAMATION PERMIT AMENDMENT APPLICATION (Rule 1.10) <br />OF CLG FARMS, LLC <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />All the overburden and top soil removed will be replaced. There will be approximately two (2) <br />feet of top soil and one (1) to two (2) feet of overburden. The Applicant will conduct soil test(s) <br />prior to reclaiming. If shown as necessary based on the results of the soil test(s), one (1) ton per <br />acre of manure (manure to be aged a minimum of six months) will be spread by the Applicant. If <br />a weed problem exists later on, the owner will mow if necessary. <br />The costs estimates for an independent contractor to complete reclamation, including backfilling, <br />grading, topsoil application, seeding, mulching, fertilization, and labor as may be appropriate for <br />the site, is attached hereto as Exhibit D -2. <br />See also Exhibit D to original Application signed and dated August 14, 2008, Permit # M -2008- <br />060. <br />
