Table 3
Martin Marietta Materials
Iverson and 35th Avenue Pits
2012 -2013 Combined Total Lagged Depletions and Replacements
Depletions 11 Replacements
Notes:
(1) Based upon Table 1.
(2) Based upon Table 2.
(3) Equal to (1) + (2).
(4) Credit from dewatering is based upon Table 4. An average dewatering pumping rate of 1,500 gallons per minute is assumed based upon MMM estimates.
(5a) and (5b) Deliveries from the City of Greeley under the permanent lease are equal to 125 ac -ft annually and are requested annually based upon MMM's
anticipated monthly schedule for the April through March lease schedule. According to the lease, the schedule of delivery is variable so long as the delivery in any
given month does not exceed 125% of the delivery schedule presented in Exhibit B of the lease and the total amount in any lease year does not exceed 125 ac -ft.
Release amounts for April and May 2013 have not yet been set and are therefore estimated in the table above. Replacement water delivered in September 2012 and
October 2012 includes water from MMM's short -term lease of 4 ac -ft of fully consumable water from the City of Greeley (in addition to water available from
MMM's permanent Greeley lease). Another spot lease from the City of Greeley (total of 6 ac -ft) will be used for replacement in March through May of 2013.
(6) Equal to (4) + (5a) + (5b).
(7) Equal to (3) - (6).
.._, .,1111,11.11,,. rs„rr Ur 19 a, c:nrw 4„c,. ri9f, r.f
(l)
(2)
(3)
(4)
(5a)
(5b)
(6)
(7)
Total Iverson Pit
Total 35th Avenue
Total Lagged
Credit from De-
Permanent
Short-Term
Total
Net Effect to
Lagged
Pit Lagged
Depletions
Watering Operations
Greeley Lease
Greeley Lease
Replacements
the River
Depletions
Depletions
(ac -ft)
at Iverson (ac -ft)
(ac -ft)
(ac -ft)
(ac -ft)
(ac -ft)
Jun -12
0.15
16.89
17.04
5.57
12.20
0.00
17.77
0.73
Jul -12
0.19
15.82
16.01
37.46
13.20
0.00
50.66
34.65
Aug -12
0.75
14.40
15.15
12.66
13.60
0.00
26.26
11.11
Sep -12
0.82
12.68
13.50
5.45
12.50
0.50
18.45
4.95
Oct -12
0.80
10.67
11.48
2.18
9.40
3.50
15.08
3.60
Nov -12
0.72
9.38
10.09
0.76
10.50
0.00
11.26
1.17
Dec -12
0.30
8.33
8.63
0.27
9.00
0.00
9.27
0.64
Jan -13
0.35
7.20
7.55
0.11
8.30
0.00
8.41
0.85
Feb -13
1.00
6.71
7.71
0.03
8.20
0.00
8.23
0.52
Mar -13
1.48
739
8.88
0.00
8.30
1.00
9.30
0.42
Apr -13
1.50
8.64
10.15
0.00
7.66
3.00
10.66
0.51
May -13
1.53 1
10.30
11.82
0.00
9.99
2.00
11.99
0.17
Annual Total
9.58 1
128.41
137.99
58.92
122.85
10.00
197.33
59.34
Notes:
(1) Based upon Table 1.
(2) Based upon Table 2.
(3) Equal to (1) + (2).
(4) Credit from dewatering is based upon Table 4.
