Sediment Pond 2 was <br /> dry and the banks appeared to be stable and vegetated. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br /> Maintenance4.03.1(5) and(6)/4.03.2(5) and(6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> The north road from the shop facilities to Sediment Pond 2 and the B Pit was in good condition. The road <br /> from parcel 25 to topsand piles A I and B I were a little rough from heavy equipment hauling topsand. The access <br /> road along the southern boundary of the permit area was a little rough from the gas well drill-rig activity. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> Areas 30 and 31 were walked. Area 30 had significantly less cheatgrass than Area 31 which was treated <br /> with a pre-emergent herbicide last fall(photo 3). Area 31 is scheduled to have the pre-emergent treatment applied <br /> this fall. A large number of grasshoppers were in all areas of the reclamation and appeared to have done some <br /> damage to the reclaimed parcels. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> Topsand markers were in place. The main entrance sign was visible and had all required information. <br /> Permit boundary markers were in place. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br /> Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsand piles were observed and appeared to be stable and vegetated. <br /> DOCUMENTS RECEIVED: None <br /> ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> No enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection and none are pending. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: I <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br />
