<br />WHEREAS, a certain mining lease was recorded in Book
<br />L86, pace 72 in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of the
<br />County of Montrose, State of Colorado, on April 14, 199, between
<br />SAW MIGtT_L P0WEt ASSOCILTI)N, I'C and EDNA COAL COMPANY, involv-
<br />ing Lot 2, Section 6, T 1f6N, R 15W, and SW }SE*, Section 31, T 17N,
<br />R 15W of the N.M.P.N., and other property, and
<br />WHEREAS, the parties to said lease desire to nullify,
<br />cancel and declare void said lease insofar as it pertains to the
<br />aforesaid property,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars (*10,00)
<br />the receipt of which is Hereby acknowledged, and in consideration
<br />of the premises, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AND COVENANTED as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />1. That said lease recorded in Book L186, page 72 on
<br />1 .nril 1L, 1959 in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of the County
<br />of Kontrose. State of Colorado, insofar as Lot 2, Section 6, T 16N,
<br />R 15W, and SW*SE /, Section 31, T L-7E, R 15W, of the N.M.P.M. is
<br />concerned is hereby cancelled, nullified and declared void and of
<br />no force or effect and declared to be a mistake.
