September 1997 Monthly Report
Page 4
- London Mine Portals - Waste Dumps
This is a "B List" project. Therefore, no work, permitting or
arrangement for access is planned until it becomes evident
that the work plan for this project requires implementation.
A portal drainage sample was taken in August, 1997 and these
results are attached.
- Pride of the West Tailings
This project was active throughout the month of September and
the 3rd quarter of 1997, and was nearing completion at the end
of September, 1997 .
Excavation was basically complete and reconstruction of the
final slopes, including capping, was nearing completion.
