The original plan was approved on May <br />16, 2002, and no water was exposed prior to January 1, 1981. A $257 renewal fee has <br />been received under receipt no. 3654238 for the 2012 plan year (May 1, 2012 — April 30, <br />2013). <br />PLAN OPERATION <br />DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES wAi e <br />DIVISION OF WATER RESOURCES <br />July 2, 2012 <br />This plan is to provide replacement water for depletions caused by the Line <br />Camp Pit. Well Permit No. 57737 -F was approved pursuant to this SWSP on June 26, <br />2002 for the exposure of ground water in a gravel pit, water consumed in the mined <br />product, and dust control. The amounts of water consumed by those uses are provided <br />in the attached Table 2. <br />In accordance with the letter dated April 30, 2010 from the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety ( "DRMS "), all sand and gravel mining operators must <br />comply with the requirements of the Colorado Reclamation Act and the Mineral Rules <br />and Regulations for the protection of water resources. The April 30, 2010 letter from <br />DRMS requires that you provide information to DRMS to demonstrate you can replace <br />long term injurious stream depletions that result from mining related exposure of ground <br />water.
