This report covers <br /> the period from start of alkaline injection, July 18, 1996, through <br /> the end of the quarter, September 30 , 1996. <br /> Terry Tunnel Bulkhead <br /> The Terry Tunnel bulkhead pressure is 8 psi . This pressure will <br /> remain constant until the mine pool rises above the 11,600' <br /> elevation. <br /> Inspection of the bulkhead and immediate tunnel area did not <br /> reveal any reason for concern or give any indication that the <br /> bulkhead is not performing as designed. <br /> American Tunnel Bulkhead <br /> The American Tunnel bulkhead was inspected, gage pressure readings <br /> taken and fluid samples analyzed for pH, conductivity and <br /> temperature more frequently than the requirements of Items 3 . and <br /> 4 . in the Rule Authorization letter. This information is attached. <br />
