Please depict the proposed mining offsets to permanent man -made structures and easements <br />around the southwest mining cell on the Mining Plan Map (Exhibit C -5). <br />5. A number of structures and easements are noted on the Exhibit C -5 - Pre - Mining and Mining <br />Plan Map, but do not indicate the owner's information. Please provide the names of the <br />easement and structure owners (oil and gas wells) not depicted on Exhibit C. Please revise <br />Exhibit C and the table in Exhibit S accordingly to depict the name and location of all creeks, <br />roads, oil and gas wells and lines, power and communication lines, and easement owners on <br />the area of affected land and within two hundred (200) feet of all boundaries of such area as <br />required by Rule 6.4.3(b). <br />6. The Applicant indicates property and structure owner information on several Exhibit C maps. <br />Please verify the Exhibit C maps show the owner's name, type of structures, and location of all <br />significant, valuable, and permanent man -made structures contained on the area of affected <br />land and within two hundred (200) feet of the affected land as required by Rule 6.4.3(g) and is <br />consistent with Exhibit S. <br />7. On Exhibit C -1, please correct the property owner information for Record No. 80536102028 for <br />Gutierrez, Jose A. to Gutierrez, Joe Anthony. <br />8. The Exhibit C -1 map did not indicate several easement owners listed in Exhibit S. Please revise <br />the map to indicate the following: <br />a. Assoc. Natural Gas Inc. <br />b. Xcel Energy <br />9. The Exhibit C -1 map did not indicate the following parcel number and property owner listed in <br />Exhibit S. Please revise the map to indicate the following: <br />c. Lafarge Corporation — Parcel No. 80536100015 <br />10. The Exhibit C -1 map indicated the following parcel number and property owner, which was not <br />indicated on the property owner and parcel number list on the map or in Exhibit S. Please <br />revise the map list and Exhibit S to indicate the following: <br />d. Double SM Farms — Parcel No. 80536000027 <br />6.4.4 Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />11. In the Mining Plan, the Applicant states several easements and right -of -ways are located on the <br />edges of the property or immediately adjacent to the proposed permit boundary and are <br />indicated on Exhibit C -5.
