A. DEFINITION OF EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS <br />1. Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through May 31, 2001, the permittee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfall 004A, the outfall from the fourth treatment pond to Cement Creek, and 004X, which is <br />physically the same point, but which will be used for chronic WET testing purposes until treatment of Cement Creek <br />begins. Whole Effluent Toxicity - Chronic Lethality Limitation <br />Beginning upon the effective date of this permit, there shall be no statistically significant difference in lethality (at the 95% <br />confidence level) between the control and any effluent concentration less than or equal to 10.3% effluent. Such limitation <br />shall apply as a daily maximum. <br />
