The water treatment facility will <br /> remain in operational condition until a Successful Permit Termination Assessment pursuant to <br /> paragraph 14. Upon permit termination, the facility will be dismantled and the treatment <br /> ponds and surface disturbances reclaimed in accordance with SGC's DMG permit. <br /> VI. MONITORING <br /> 10. Monitoring Requirements As long as the Consent Decree is in effect, or unless <br /> otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, SGC will monitor the following sites <br /> according to the frequencies below. Each of these sites will be monitored for the following <br /> parameters: dissolved zinc, dissolved iron, dissolved aluminum, dissolved manganese, <br /> dissolved cadmium, dissolved copper, sulfate, hardness and pH. Analysis of these parameters <br /> will be conducted using methods capable of detecting concentrations at or below the following: <br /> dissolved zinc: 10 ug/l; dissolved iron: 50 ug/l; dissolved aluminum: 50 ug/l; dissolved <br /> manganese: 50 ug/1; dissolved cadmium: 1.0 ug/l; dissolved copper: 5 ug/l; sulfate: 5 <br /> mg/1. The monitoring requirements of this Consent Decree are separate and in addition to any <br /> monitoring requirements of SGC's CDPS permits and MLR permit. <br /> a. SGC Permitted Area <br /> (i).
