Test organisms were water fleas (Ceriodaphnia dubia) obtained from the ENSR /FCETL in-
house culture (FCETL batch #061697). At test initiation, the test organisms were <24
hours old (all within 8 hours of the same age) and appeared to be in good physical
condition. Test organisms were transferred directly from culture water (at test temperature)
into test solutions without additional acclimation.
The most recent chronic reference toxicant test using Ceriodaphnia dubia from the ENSR in-
house culture was initiated June 3, 1997. Sodium chloride was used as the reference
toxicant with moderately hard reconstituted water as the dilution water; the test method
was USEPA method 1002.0.
7.1 Biological Data
5.0 TEST ORGANISMS
6.0 QUALITY ASSURANCE
7.0 RESULTS
8503 -096 -193 -008
Daily survival and mean reproduction of test organisms are provided in the following table.
'One test organism was not found and was considered a mortality.
6
S . 4 .:5♦ Jtrr .n, :n.
. t44..44n Jt Prn w^SE`Ryy tt::y 'Lv SK y, '7 ^ • > sPMn(/.'K'. k " 6 +a ..
r. ^ v .art-n .k CA
w .+C<4.` f Y 'e L :. . >:4 .k:.
