At test initiation, the test organisms were <24 <br />hours old (all within 8 hours of the same age) and appeared to be in good physical <br />condition. Test organisms were transferred directly from culture water (at test <br />temperature) into test solutions without additional acclimation. <br />The most recent chronic reference toxicant test using Ceriodaphnia dubia from the ENSR <br />in -house culture was initiated July 8, 1997, Sodium chloride was used as the reference <br />toxicant with moderately hard reconstituted water as the dilution water; the test method <br />was USEPA method 1002.0. <br />7.1 Biological Data <br />7.0 RESULTS <br />Daily survival and mean reproduction of test organisms are provided in the following table. <br />6 <br />
