1.5 Ore Handling <br />Ore will be concentrated in the milling process and will consist of fine ground galena, sphalerite, <br />tetrahedrite, chalcopyrite a minor amount of free gold. <br />Recovered ore concentrate from the milling process will never be stockpiled on site. It will be <br />placed in plastic supersacks in the mill tunnel, removed from the tunnel by small bobcat or forklift, <br />loaded on highway trucks and taken offsite for sale. For this reason, this aspect of the operation is <br />not considered as having potential for harm from acid - forming or toxic forming materials. <br />2. Maps <br />In Appendix 8, the following maps are enclosed: <br />Map T -1 - Flow Sheet and Mill Layout <br />In addition, Maps C -2, C -3 and C -4 show various stages of the mine development. The reclamation <br />plan is shown on Map F. A cross section of the main Revenue site and the Atlas tailings area is <br />shown on Map C -6. <br />3. Other Agency Environmental Protection Measures <br />3.1 Local Agencies <br />Ouray County has provided a letter stating that they will not require a special use permit for this <br />operation. This letter is enclosed in Exhibit M.
