Some additional poles and transformers may be needed and temporary generators may used in <br />some areas until the power is completely established. Installation of the new power poles and <br />lines will be the responsibility of San Miguel Power Company. No substation will exist on the <br />surface. Power drops for the portal area have already been installed as part of the Notice of Intent <br />(NOI) activities. Power for the ventilation shafts will be provided from underground. <br />Water for bathrooms, showers, and other general uses will be hauled to the site from nearby <br />privately owned springs or wells or will be obtained from the water well on site. A water well <br />has been installed in the past and is located immediately west of the dry trailers, as shown on <br />Map C -1. This water may be used for the showers and other cleaning uses. <br />A septic system is already installed in accordance with state and county requirements near the <br />mine offices and dry change facilities. <br />The mine shops, mine office, and dry trailers will all be heated via propane from individual tanks <br />located at each surface structure. <br />Revenue Mine August 2012 D - <br />
