Brome grasses on the RDA have already dried down this growing season which is <br />unusual for this early in the growing season. Grasses and forbs on the SW portion of the RDA are very reduced <br />this season, but the shrubs; four wing salt brush, remain to stabilize the slope. There was no sign of new rilling or <br />gully formation on the RDA. Vegetation on the north side of the RDA looks good. <br /> <br />Vegetation at the loadout is dry but in good condition. <br /> <br />SUBSIDENCE Rule 4.20: <br />The Division is awaiting Energy Fuels response regarding Energy Fuels plans for mitigation of the identified 6 <br />subsidence holes located east of Newlin Creek. <br /> <br />No new subsidence features have been identified. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />Energy Fuels has not yet reclaimed the substation located west of the portal area. <br /> <br />OFFSITE SUPPORT FACILIITES - Rule 4.04, 4.28: <br />The load out is dry. Rail cars are being stored on the rails on both the east and west sides of the county road. Both <br />ponds are dry.
