Durant, Suite F, Aspen, CO 81611. <br /> In the exchange, the United States will acquire the following described land from <br /> Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. <br /> SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, COLORADO <br /> T. 10 S. , R. 88 W. <br /> Sec. 31: Lot 4, SEY+SW1/ <br /> T. 11 S. , R. 88 W. <br /> Sec. 6: Lots 3,4, 5, and 11 and portions of Lots 2, 6, <br /> 7, and 10 (metes and bounds descriptions) <br /> T. 10 S. , R. 89 W. <br /> Sec. 23 : EIASE1/a <br /> Sec. 24: W%SVI4 <br /> Sec. 25: WY"A, N%SWi/a, SE'A <br /> Sec. 36: N%NE'A, SEl/ZMY, NEY4SEY+, S%SElti <br /> The following-described public land has been determined to be suitable for <br /> disposal by exchange pursuant to Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and <br /> Management Act of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1716) , as amended. Approximately equal values <br /> of land will be exchanged. <br /> SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, COLORADO <br /> T.9 S. , R. 86 W. <br /> Sec. 14: Lots 2, 4, and 5 <br /> Sec. 23: Lots 12 and 13 <br /> The land to be acquired by the United States is within the White River National <br /> Forest and has high value for wildlife habitat, recreation and access to other <br /> National Forest System lands. Disposal of the selected public land will not <br /> result in significant adverse impacts because the selected public land is an <br /> isolated inholding within Wildcat Ranch.
