S. Forest Service, White River <br /> National Forest and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) , Glenwood Springs <br /> Resource Area have been working cooperatively to evaluate a proposed exchange <br /> of federal land with Wildcat Ranch, Ltd. and Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. <br /> The exchange would result in conveyance of approximately 38.29 acres of federal <br /> land administered by the BLM to Wildcat Ranch, Ltd. This parcel is located <br /> within Wildcat Ranch, approximately 11 miles northwest of Aspen, CO. In <br /> return, the United States of America would receive approximately 1029 .92 acres <br /> of land owned by Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. within the White River National <br /> Forest approximately three miles southwest of Redstone, CO. All lands in the <br /> exchange proposal are within Pitkin County, Colorado. <br /> On April 12, 1995, Mark Morse, BLM responsible official, issued a decision to <br /> complete the proposed land exchange. A copy of a Notice of Decision is <br /> attached for your information and use. Any questions regarding this Notice of <br /> Decision can be directed to Barry L.
