A I_TI. Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified during the inspection and that failure to correct the problems may result in the Division taking an &vFCRCEKEPJT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, 34-33-123. (Recoumrendations and compliance dates are to be clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g. , January 31, 1981 and underlined) 8) Clean or replace the culvert east of the warehouse by July 20, 1982. 9) Clean the three culverts noted in Section II of this inspection report by June 21, 1982. 10) Submit an acceptable plan for removal of snow from the mine benches to insure that erosion is not increased and to insure that the prevailing hydrologic balance is protected by August 20, 1982. 11) Clean the coal processing waste from the bridge over the Dutch Creek Flume by June 4, 1982. 12) Clean the spillway of the Iff pond by June 4, 1982. 13) - Clean the MK pond by June 21, 1982. 14) Repair the berm along the north side of the preparations plant bench by June 21, 1982. 15) Clean the small pile of coal waste near the head of the perimeter ditch by June 21, 1982. 16) Clean the concrete ditch along Coal Creek near the wash plant by June 21, 1982. 17) Clean the ditch below the main coal stockpile as soon as possible, and no later than July 2, 1982. 18) Clean the sediment from the bus garage pond by July 2, 1982•. 19) Clean sediment from pond 007 by June 21, 1982. 20) Repair the berm on the south side of the old strip pit near mine #1 by June 21, 1982. 21) Regrade mine #2 bench or build a berm between the concrete walls by June 21, 1982. 22) Clean the ditch on the north side of mine #3 bench by June 21, 1982. 23) Place a straw dike on the southeast side of the mine #2 stockpile by June 22, 1982. 24) Dumping of coal on the south side of the mine #2 stockpile must cease immediately.
