Seal the culvert under the 3 and 5 mine road draining into the temporary rock <br /> tunnel sediment pond by April 13, 1981. <br /> 2. Clean the perimeter ditch at the shallow point about 200 feet east of the pipe <br /> over Dutch Creek by April 13, 1981. <br /> 3. Copies of the permit and permit document must be kept on file. <br />
