Rebuild the berm along Coal Creek by May 25, 1981. <br /> 2. Clean the wash plant-refuse pile perimeter ditch by June 15, 1981. <br /> 3. Notify the Division of the method proposed to divert undisturbed drainage from <br /> the wash plant area by June 15, 1981. <br /> 4. Clean the sediment ponds below the refuse pile by June 15, 1981. <br />
