A single mobilization event is the time during which a piece of equipment is <br /> on-site and utilized prior to being released by PROJECT MANAGER. <br /> Materials (Bid Schedule Items 4, 5, 6) shall include the cost of mobilizing labor and <br /> materials for the quantities indicated in the Bid Schedule.
